PAVE - Interagency Federal Task Force

PAVE is a first-of-its-kind interagency task force dedicated to ending bias in home valuation. The task force includes 13 federal agencies and offices and is chaired by HUD and the White House Domestic Policy Council.

How to attend or address ASC at a meeting

On December 6, 2024, the ASC posted a Proposed Rule entitled Appraisal Subcommittee Enforcement Authority Regarding the Effectiveness of State Appraiser and Appraisal Management Company Regulatory Programs in the Federal Register.  Please see the link below to read the Proposed Rule.  The comment period closes on February 4, 2025.
